I am 73 years old. My wife and I moved to Fairfield Glade from Indiana. We have owned nine different homes in our 51 years together. Seven of the homes we have owned, we have had to have new roofs.
Out of all my dealings with roofing companies, Cumberland Roofing is the BEST roofing company I have done business with. When I started calling around to get estimates I was very impressed with the knowledge of the young lady I spoke with on the phone. Kathy gave me all my options. She recommended the type of shingles she thought was best for the area we live in. She was very knowledable of the roofing materials. When Bill Lance, the owner came out to measure out my roof he took time to explain things to me.

After my wife and I went over the three proposals we had got. We discussed what each person had told us. There was no doubt in our minds that Cumberland Roofing was the one we should go with. Thank God we did. One of the other roofing companies that had given us an estimate did the roof on a neighbors home. He has had nothing but trouble. Leaks and more leaks.

Bill Lance and his crew arrived and they did everything that Bill told me they were going to do. I was so impressed with the timely manner in which they do the job. It took two and one half days for the crew to tear off my roof, replace some rotten wood around the chimney and install my new roof. They cleaned the ground each afternoon. There was never any trash or shingles laying around my lawn. Bill had someone cleaning the lawn at all times.

My wife and I was very pleased with Bill and his men, We even gave all the guys a little bonus for their hard work.

I highly recommend Cumberland Roofing to anyone in Crossville, Tn. who needs a roof.
